Refunds and privacy terms
Credit does not expire, so unused funds remain available indefinitely. If you experience a double charge or billing error, use the Support page to resolve it. We do not offer standard refunds because the prepaid balance is non-refundable by design.
Your privacy remains intact. We only require an email address for your account. Prompts sent to the uncensored LLM are not used for training, ensuring your data stays within your application logic.
